The export of flower and plants shows a steady growth

The Dutch export of flowers and plants increased in the first six months of 2017 with 6,5% up to 3,4 billion. In June the export value was similar to last year, but in England and France turnover declined. ‘Good weather in Europe interrupted the sales’ maintained Floridata, which collects the export statistics. Flower export (+8%)  continues on an annual basis, and is performing better than the export of plants (+5%).
